Dolphins Save Dog in Canal!

A story out of Marco Island, Fla reports of a lost dog,a group of helpful dolphins, a wet neighbor and a relieved family.

It seems Turbo, an 11-year-old Doberman, became lost after escaping from his yard. His family spent many hours trying to locate Turbo with no luck.

A neighbor was alerted by a group of splashing dolphins in the canal, leading the neighbor to an exhausted Turbo paddling for dear life in the canal. After calling 911, the neighbor jumped in and pulled Turbo to safety.

The dog’s owner, Cindy Burnett, says Turbo may have been stuck in the canal for up to 15 hours. Good job Flippers!
